Rules & Regulations
We strongly believe that a child’s success is best achieved when parents and teachers work together. Our Parents–Teachers Meeting (PTM) serves as an important platform to build a strong partnership focused on the academic progress and overall well-being of every student.
General Discipline
- Students must be punctual and attend the morning assembly daily.
- Maintain dignity, respect, and discipline at all times on campus.
- Degree students are expected to be role models for juniors.
- Misconduct, ragging, or behavior against college discipline can lead to suspension or dismissal.


Attendance Rules
- Minimum 85% attendance is compulsory.
- Students with shortage of attendance cannot appear for exams.
- Absence requires a leave letter signed by parents and approval from the Principal.
- Absence for 6 continuous working days without permission may result in removal from rolls.
Dress Code & ID Card
- Formal uniform must be worn from Monday to Saturday, including exam days.
- Students must be neat and well-groomed.
- ID card is compulsory and must be worn visibly on campus every day.
Mobile Phones & Gadgets
- Use of mobile phones is strictly banned for PU students on campus.
- Phones confiscated will be returned only at the end of the academic year.
- Other electronic gadgets are not allowed without permission.

Campus Conduct
- Smoking, chewing gum, pan, or any addictive substances are strictly prohibited.
- Vehicles must be driven below 15 km/h and parked properly.
- Students must have a valid driving license to bring vehicles.
- The college is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.
- Students must not loiter in corridors during class hours.
Classroom Etiquette
- Greet teachers respectfully.
- Stand when a teacher enters the classroom.
- No leaving class without the lecturer’s permission.
- Free hours should be used in the library, not for games.


Examinations & Academics
- Attendance is compulsory for tests and exams.
- Malpractice in exams leads to immediate dismissal.
- Assignments and projects must be submitted on time to be eligible for final exams.
- Hall tickets will not be issued if fees or library dues are pending.
Library Rules
- Maintain strict silence in the library.
- Carry ID and library card to borrow books.
- Lost or damaged books must be replaced or paid for.
- All books must be returned before final exams.

Campus Cleanliness
- Keep classrooms and campus clean and damage-free.
- Students causing damage must pay for repairs.
Political Activity
- Students may not organize meetings, collect funds, or circulate notices without Principal’s permission.
- Active participation in politics inside campus is not allowed.
